Dedicated to fighting for innocent victims and their families who have been seriously injured or killed by the negligent, reckless, or intentional conduct of other individuals, public entities, or businesses, Mr. Bains is a relentless litigator who ensures his clients obtain the maximum compensation for their injuries.

These efforts have yielded exceptional results, including multiple seven figure recoveries for his clients in lawsuits against those responsible. Mr. Bains takes great satisfaction in helping survivors of trauma, hardship, or catastrophe recover from tragic life-altering situations. Mr. Bains is also motivated to achieve just results for his clients because doing so forces those at fault to change their behavior for the benefit of the public.

A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Mr. Bains received his undergraduate degree in 2005 from the University of California, Berkeley and Juris Doctorate in 2008 from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. While in law school, Mr. Bains developed his skills as a plaintiff’s lawyer under the tutelage of William E. Weiss, who is now Of Counsel to The Bains Firm. Following graduation, Mr. Bains remained in the Bay Area to grow his practice as a plaintiff’s trial lawyer and serves clients throughout the state of California.

Manpreet’s professional affiliations include membership in the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the American Association for Justice.
